For more than 30 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of business strategy and human potential—helping organizations build critical teams while guiding professionals through some of the most important decisions of their careers.

My career began with a fascination for how organizations function from the inside out: how roles connect, how teams scale, and how the right people in the right positions drive meaningful results. That curiosity led me into executive recruiting, where I built and scaled teams across IT, go-to-market, operations, executive leadership, and specialized functions.

Throughout these decades, one thing remained constant: I was never simply filling roles. I was advising hiring leaders, coaching candidates, and helping both sides navigate pivotal career moments. That perspective gave me rare insight into how decisions are truly made—and how careers are shaped over time.

Along the way, I’ve coached thousands of professionals on resumes, LinkedIn positioning, interview strategy, and offer negotiation.
